Getting Started

First make sure to setup an Apache or Nginx webserver and install PHP and MySQL MariaDB or any other SQL server in order to be able to follow. This tutorial focuses on the techniques and not the language it self. Implementing the secure login mechanism from the video can be achieved in various languages. You can simply take the knowledge you need and recreate this in your own scenario. There is no requirement to do exactly what I do while programming this Secure Login Form Authentication System with Cookies, Sessions, Token, PDO using PHP and MySQL.
